Method
In a small saucepan, heat the milk to warm, but not to boil. Then, remove from the heat and pour it into glass. Finally, add vanilla and honey and mix well. Drink slowly before going to sleep.
Note:
People who are lactose intolerant should simply replace the milk with a lactose free substitute, such as soy, rice or almond milk.
